Decisions and positioning
How the player reads situations, occupies space, supports teammates, and responds within the game.
GFR HIGH PERFORMANCE · INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
A personalized 12-week development cycle that turns complete-match evidence into clear priorities, position-specific KPIs, guided reflection, and accountable next steps.
A COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
The IDP connects what the player does in real competition with what should happen next. Every cycle is individualized around the player’s profile, position, goals, footage, and Coach Jon’s professional judgment.
How the player reads situations, occupies space, supports teammates, and responds within the game.
The quality and effectiveness of position-relevant actions as they appear in match context.
Movement, intensity, repeat actions, and physical behaviors observed on video—not formal physical testing.
Focus, confidence, resilience, communication, and the player’s ability to reflect on performance.
THE 12-WEEK CYCLE
One complete match is submitted and analyzed each month. The player then moves through review, application, KPI tracking, and guided self-evaluation before the next month begins.
Usable full-game footage gives the context needed to evaluate decisions and repeated behaviors.
Coach Jon reviews the match and selects the most relevant objectives and KPIs.
A live one-on-one meeting connects video evidence to responsibilities and practical assignments.
A separate end-of-month meeting reviews KPI progress and guides the player’s self-evaluation.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
