1. Parties and authority

This Agreement is between GFR Group LLC d/b/a Get Fútbol Ready (“GFR”) and the adult purchaser or participant accepting it. If the player is under 18, the accepting adult represents that he or she is the player’s natural parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized to consent, submit information and footage, and make service decisions.

2. Services covered

This Agreement covers: (a) a 12-week IDP cycle; (b) an IDP payment plan; (c) Single Game Analysis; (d) additional match analysis for an active IDP player; and (e) related consultation, Zoom, or field sessions. The applicable order, invoice, checkout, or written enrollment confirmation identifies the purchased service.

3. Single Game Analysis scope

A Single Game Analysis includes review of one complete match and a written performance report containing the elements described at purchase. Unless expressly stated in writing, it does not include video clips, live Zoom review, ongoing KPI tracking, an Individual Development Plan, or continuing progress monitoring.

The first standalone analysis for a player is priced at the amount shown at checkout, currently $120; later standalone analyses for the same player are currently $150. GFR may correct an incorrectly selected price before beginning work.

4. Single Game Analysis: final sale and no refunds

ALL SINGLE GAME ANALYSIS PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NONREFUNDABLE, NONCANCELABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE, AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CREDIT. This applies after payment whether or not the purchaser later changes plans, the player does not play as expected, the wrong match is submitted, footage is delayed, or a submitted link is invalid, incomplete, restricted, expired, or not downloadable.

An invalid submission does not create a refund. The purchaser must provide a replacement link that satisfies the requirements. If performance becomes unlawful or objectively impossible, GFR may determine an appropriate lawful resolution; nothing in this clause removes a nonwaivable right.

5. Footage requirements and start of work

• The purchaser must provide a link that permits GFR to download the complete match.
• Veo viewing links are not accepted.
• The match must be sufficiently complete and viewable to identify the player and evaluate performance.
• The purchaser is responsible for permissions, passwords, download settings, link expiration, and identifying the player.
• The service clock begins only after GFR receives both confirmed payment and valid downloadable footage with sufficient player information.

GFR’s target delivery window is 8–12 calendar days after those requirements are satisfied. The window is an operational target, not a guarantee, and may be extended for technical issues, unusually long footage, missing information, illness, high volume, or events beyond reasonable control.

6. IDP cycle and payment options

The 12-week IDP is a structured coaching process whose included analyses, meetings, KPIs, goals, clips, tasks, and check-ins are described in the enrollment confirmation. The cycle begins on the start date communicated by GFR after consultation and onboarding requirements are satisfied.

The current standard options are $1,200 paid in full or three monthly payments of $450, unless a written offer states otherwise.

7. IDP cancellations and refunds

• Paid-in-full IDP: the $1,200 payment is nonrefundable once the cycle begins.
• Three-payment plan: cancellation requires written notice at least 30 days in advance to info@getfutbolready.com. Payments scheduled during the 30-day notice period remain due and may be processed.
• Failure to submit footage, attend Zoom, respond, complete tasks, or use an included service does not pause the cycle, extend deadlines automatically, or create a refund.
• GFR may pause access for overdue payments and may end participation for material breach, unsafe or abusive conduct, unlawful submissions, or repeated noncooperation. Amounts already due remain governed by this Agreement.

8. Player cooperation

Results depend on timely footage, truthful information, attendance, communication, and player effort. The purchaser must promptly communicate injuries, changes in team or position, access issues, and scheduling conflicts. GFR may adjust the sequence or emphasis of deliverables based on professional judgment and available match evidence.

9. No athletic guarantees

GFR provides analysis, education, and coaching judgment. GFR does not guarantee improvement, statistics, starting status, minutes, team selection, recruiting interest, trials, scholarships, college admission, professional contracts, representation, exposure, injury prevention, or any specific result. Decisions by clubs, schools, coaches, scouts, governing bodies, and other third parties are outside GFR’s control.

10. Authorization and rights to footage

The purchaser represents that he or she has lawful authority to provide the footage and authorize its processing, including any authority required from the player or the player’s parent/guardian. The purchaser will not knowingly submit footage obtained unlawfully or subject to restrictions that prohibit the requested use.

The purchaser grants GFR a limited, nonexclusive, revocable-after-completion license to receive, download, store, reproduce, review, clip, annotate, and display the footage internally or during private service meetings as reasonably necessary to perform, document, quality-control, secure, and defend the service. GFR does not receive ownership of the footage. Public promotional use of identifiable submitted footage requires express authorization beyond this service-processing license.

11. Confidentiality and privacy limitations

GFR will use reasonable care with footage, reports, and player information and will limit access to persons or providers reasonably needed for the service. The purchaser understands that ordinary email, video-call platforms, cloud links, and online storage involve security risks. The purchaser should not submit medical records, immigration documents, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate method.

12. Reports and GFR materials

The purchaser may use the final report and player-specific deliverables for the player’s personal development and may privately share them with the player’s parent, coach, club, school, adviser, or recruiter. GFR retains ownership of its methodology, templates, scoring structures, written expression, graphics, curriculum, and other preexisting or general materials. Reports may not be sold, publicly republished in full, altered to misrepresent GFR’s conclusions, or used to train or create a competing analysis product without written permission.

13. Communications and meetings

Consultations and Zoom meetings may be rescheduled subject to reasonable notice and availability. Missed meetings, late attendance, or failure to respond may reduce the ability to complete planned work within the cycle. GFR may use email and the contact methods provided for service communications.

14. Optional field sessions

If an IDP service includes an in-person field session for a minor, the parent or legal guardian will receive a separate participation and medical-consent form before that session. The family should disclose relevant injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or activity restrictions and provide an emergency contact. GFR may seek reasonable emergency assistance when the parent or emergency contact cannot be reached.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GFR is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunity, recruiting outcomes, third-party decisions, or failure of third-party links or platforms. For a claim arising solely from the digital or consulting service, GFR’s aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Governing law, electronic acceptance, and records

Florida law governs. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, venue lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Checking the required box and submitting the form or completing payment is intended as an electronic signature and acceptance. GFR may retain the acceptance record, timestamp, form data, transaction reference, and version of this Agreement as evidence.

17. Entire agreement and contact

This Agreement, the applicable checkout or enrollment confirmation, the Privacy Policy, Direct Purchase Policy, and Website Terms form the complete agreement for the covered service and replace prior inconsistent statements. 2. Servicios cubiertos

Cubre: ciclo IDP de 12 semanas, plan de pagos IDP, Single Game Analysis, análisis adicional para jugador IDP activo y consultas, Zooms o sesiones de campo relacionadas. La orden, factura, checkout o confirmación identifica el servicio comprado.

3. Alcance de Single Game Analysis

Incluye la revisión de un partido completo y un reporte escrito con los elementos descritos al comprar. Salvo acuerdo escrito, no incluye clips, revisión por Zoom, seguimiento continuo de KPIs, Plan de Desarrollo Individual ni monitoreo continuo.

El primer análisis independiente cuesta actualmente $120 y los siguientes del mismo jugador $150. GFR puede corregir un precio seleccionado incorrectamente antes de comenzar.

4. Venta final y sin reembolsos

TODOS LOS PAGOS DE SINGLE GAME ANALYSIS SON FINALES, NO REEMBOLSABLES, NO CANCELABLES, NO TRANSFERIBLES Y NO GENERAN CRÉDITO. Aplica después del pago aunque el comprador cambie de plan, el jugador no juegue como esperaba, se envíe el partido equivocado, el video se retrase o el link sea inválido, incompleto, restringido, vencido o no descargable.

Un envío inválido no genera reembolso. Debe entregarse un link de reemplazo. Si la prestación se vuelve ilegal u objetivamente imposible, GFR podrá determinar una solución legal apropiada; nada elimina un derecho irrenunciable.

5. Video e inicio del trabajo

• Debe entregarse un link que permita descargar el partido completo.
• No se aceptan links de visualización de Veo.
• El partido debe ser suficientemente completo y permitir identificar al jugador.
• El comprador maneja permisos, contraseñas, descarga, vencimiento e identificación.
• El plazo comienza solo cuando GFR tiene pago confirmado, video válido descargable e información suficiente.

La meta de entrega es 8–12 días calendario después de cumplir esos requisitos. Es una meta operativa, no garantía, y puede extenderse por problemas técnicos, video inusualmente largo, información faltante, enfermedad, alto volumen o fuerza mayor.

6. Ciclo y pagos IDP

El IDP de 12 semanas es un proceso estructurado cuyos análisis, reuniones, KPIs, metas, clips, tareas y check-ins constan en la confirmación. Comienza en la fecha comunicada por GFR después de consulta y onboarding.

Las opciones estándar actuales son $1,200 pagados completos o tres pagos mensuales de $450, salvo oferta escrita distinta.

7. Cancelaciones y refunds IDP

• IDP pagado completo: el pago de $1,200 no es reembolsable una vez iniciado el ciclo.
• Plan de tres pagos: cancelar requiere aviso escrito con al menos 30 días a info@getfutbolready.com. Los pagos programados durante ese período siguen debidos y pueden procesarse.
• No enviar videos, faltar a Zooms, no responder, no hacer tareas o no usar un servicio incluido no pausa el ciclo, no extiende automáticamente ni genera refund.
• GFR puede pausar por pagos vencidos o terminar por incumplimiento material, conducta insegura o abusiva, envíos ilegales o falta repetida de cooperación.

8. Cooperación

Los resultados dependen de videos oportunos, información verdadera, asistencia, comunicación y esfuerzo. Deben comunicarse lesiones, cambios de equipo o posición, problemas de acceso y conflictos. GFR puede ajustar secuencia o énfasis según criterio profesional y evidencia disponible.

9. Sin garantías deportivas

GFR ofrece análisis, educación y criterio de coaching. No garantiza mejora, estadísticas, titularidad, minutos, selección, recruiting, pruebas, becas, admisión, contratos, representación, exposición, prevención de lesiones ni resultados. Las decisiones de terceros están fuera del control de GFR.

10. Autorización sobre el video

El comprador declara tener autoridad legal para entregar el video y autorizar su procesamiento. No enviará material obtenido ilegalmente o con restricciones incompatibles.

Otorga a GFR una licencia limitada y no exclusiva para recibir, descargar, almacenar, reproducir, revisar, recortar, anotar y mostrar internamente o en reuniones privadas el video según sea necesario para prestar, documentar, controlar calidad, asegurar y defender el servicio. GFR no adquiere propiedad. El uso promocional público requiere autorización expresa adicional.

11. Privacidad y límites

GFR usará cuidado razonable y limitará acceso a personas o proveedores necesarios. Email, Zoom, nubes y links implican riesgos. No deben enviarse historiales médicos, documentos migratorios, identificadores gubernamentales ni datos altamente sensibles no solicitados.

12. Reportes y materiales

El reporte puede usarse para desarrollo personal y compartirse privadamente con padres, coach, club, colegio, asesor o recruiter. GFR conserva su metodología, plantillas, estructuras, expresión escrita, gráficos y materiales generales. No se permite vender, republicar públicamente completo, alterar para tergiversar ni usar para crear un producto competidor.

13. Comunicaciones y reuniones

Consultas y Zooms pueden reprogramarse con aviso razonable y disponibilidad. Faltas, tardanzas o falta de respuesta pueden reducir la posibilidad de completar el trabajo dentro del ciclo. GFR puede usar los medios suministrados para comunicaciones del servicio.

14. Sesiones opcionales de campo

Si un servicio IDP incluye una sesión presencial de campo para un menor, el padre, madre o representante legal recibirá un formulario separado de participación y consentimiento médico antes de la sesión. La familia deberá informar lesiones, condiciones médicas, alergias o restricciones relevantes y suministrar un contacto de emergencia. GFR podrá buscar asistencia razonable de emergencia cuando no pueda localizar al representante o contacto.

15. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida, GFR no responde por daños indirectos, consecuenciales, especiales, ejemplares o punitivos, oportunidades perdidas, resultados de recruiting, decisiones de terceros o fallas de plataformas. Para reclamos puramente contractuales del servicio digital, la responsabilidad agregada no excederá el monto pagado por el servicio específico. No limita lo que legalmente no puede limitarse.

16. Ley, aceptación electrónica y registros

Rige Florida y, salvo obligación distinta, la jurisdicción es Miami-Dade County. Marcar la casilla y enviar el formulario o completar el pago se considera firma electrónica. GFR puede conservar aceptación, timestamp, datos, referencia de pago y versión del acuerdo.

17. Acuerdo completo y contacto

Este Acuerdo, la orden o confirmación, la Política de Privacidad, la Política de Compras y los Términos del Website forman el acuerdo completo. Una oferta individual escrita prevalece solo si lo dice expresamente. Preguntas o cancelaciones: info@getfutbolready.com.
